Once we're aligned, I get to work. Using my relationships with top hotels, cruise lines, and travel partners, I design a custom itinerary that covers every detail — flights, accommodations, excursions, transport, dining, and travel insurance.

Evolve
Your feedback shapes the plan. We'll refine together — pivoting destinations, upgrading experiences, trimming where it makes sense — until the itinerary feels exactly right.

Service
I'm available throughout your trip for any changes or surprises. When you return, I'd love to hear how it went — what you loved, what you'd do differently — so every future trip gets better.
Planning fees
Planning Fees
My fees reflect the time and expertise that go into designing your trip. They are paid after our initial conversation, before the first plan is delivered.

| Standard | Single destination · under 7 days | $300 |
| Complex | 7+ days, multiple destinations, or group travel | $500 |
| Last-Minute | Within 4 weeks of departure, or a peak holiday period | $600 |
All planning fees are non-refundable. Trips less than 3 weeks from departure cannot be accepted.
